The verbatim report of the plan-approval procedure on the decommissioning of the Morsleben repository is available. Objectors can now request a copy of the verbatim report at the Ministry for Agriculture and the Environment of the Federal State of Saxony-Anhalt (MLU).

The MLU carried out the hearing from 13 to 25 October 2011 for altogether nine days in Oschersleben. The stenographic verbatim report documents the course and result of the hearing.
The objections will be taken into account by the licensing authority (MLU) in the further proceedings.

Venue in Oschersleben

The Public Hearing is one of the key steps of public participation in the decommissioning procedure. Its purpose is for the objectors to be able to explain their opinions, concerns and notes and to discuss them with the MLU as the licensing authority and the Federal Office for Radiation Protection (BfS) as the applicant.
