Occupational safety

At certain workplaces high levels of electric and magnetic fields can occur. At such workplaces field intensity can exceed the internationally recommended limits for the exposure of the general public.

The German Ordinance on Occupational Safety to electromagnetic fields (EMFV), the pertinent European Union (EU) Council Directive, the Employers’ Liability Insurance Association Regulations, and other provisions are applied for the protection of workers against possible health effects.
